Antique Persian Cloisonne Bronze Small Box Ornate Look at this ! Don't miss it! is a wonderful octagonal cloisonne box. It was intended to hold snuff, opium or enfieDates back to the second half of the 19th Century - around 1880's and is either Ottoman or Persian in origin (Persia was part of the large Ottoman Empire back then) Nice floral and geometric decorations all over.The enamel is dark blue Marked on the bottom and under the lid with a similar sign - please, see photos Meticulous artisan job, a highly desirable small box indeed Measurements: 3" X 2.25" X 1.25 Condition: Excellent+ overall, no issues at all. Nice patina on bronze parts.
