Presented for auction is this gorgeous Antique English Majolica Pitcher. It has Hallmarks on the bottom indicating that this is from England. This Majolica Pitcher is very old, as it is 19th Century and probably from around the 1860's or so. The Hallmarks indicate the day of the Month and the Year and the Manufacturer, but a couple of the marks are hard for me to read. This is a genuine Antique Majolica Pitcher and not a repro. The colors are vibrant and much prettier than my pictures show..it was hard to photograph. The Pitcher is 6 1/4" long and it is around 5 1/2" wide including the handle. The handle has a small age line and a small chip on the very inside of the handle that I just saw when using my loope, but the handle is secure and not repaired at all. T are a few minor imperfections from age w a bit of glaze is missing in spots, but it is minor for a piece this old. At the bottom of the base on the edge t is a small piece missing that is about 1/2" but all in all, this Antique piece of Majolica is in very good condition for its age and is offered As Is. T is No Reserve. Buyer pays $8.50 shipping.
