Welcome to Douty Street Junction! We have recently purchased several estates and up for bid is one of the items. You are bidding on an antique Leather and Bisque Porcelain Doll and Doll Crazy Quilt. Both were owned by Ione Fenton Shore, born in 1888 and died in 1989. Each piece has wear and tear as clearly they were loved by Ione Fenton. The dolls face and arms seem good but she is missing feet and missing hair. The quilt has damage and lots of wear, but these are wonderful antique pieces. Hopefully a family member will see them listed and have interest in adding them to their family collection. Ione Fenton was originally from Webster City Iowa and in the 1890's moved with her family by stagecoach to Seattle Washington. after graduating from the University of Seattle in 1910, she came to Lemoore, CA w she taught school and married Richard Shore in 1920. She lived a good life until the age of 101. Please feel free to ask any questions. CA residents pay 7.25% Sales Tax. We do our best to ship your item out withing 7 days or less of receiving funds.
