You are bidding on a very early (1820's or 1830's era) leather bound Masonic book. ALLYN'S RITUAL OF MASONRY-A RITUAL OF FREEMASONRY ILLUSTRATED BY NUMEROUS ENGRAVINGS. by Avery Allyn, K.R.C. K.T. K.M. etc. Allyn was exalted as a Knight Templar in 1827.T is no title page so I have no date or Title but I have another copy of the book that is not included in this auction that does. The book is missing the first 67 pages (Which appear to have been cut out.)and starts with the complete Master Masons Degree as well as Degrees of York Rite Freemasonry--Mark Master-Past Master-Most Excellent Master-Royal Arch-Royal Master-Select Master. T are also the obscure arcane and early York Degrees of The Ark and Dove-Knights of Constantinople-Secret Monitor or Trading Degree-Heroine of Jericho (Once conferred only on the wives of Royal Arch Masons.) Order of the Cross-Knights of the Holy sepulchre-Knights of the Christian Mark-Knights of Three Kings-Knights of the Red Cross-Knights Templar-Knights of Malta ++++ 11 Ineffable or Scottish Rite Degrees- Secret Master-Perfect Master-Intimate Secretary-Provost and Judge-Elected Knights of nine-Elected Grand Master-Sublime Knights Elected-Grand Master Architect-Knights of The Ninth Arch-Grand Elect Perfect Sublime Mason.
