Being offered is a great clock. It is an Ansonia that has a pat date of June 13th 1882 on the inside works. It has its pendulum and key. It has been running for 24 hours now and strikes the # of hours on the hour and then 1 time on the half hour. I believe this to be an 8 day clock but not real sure and no markings. This beauty stands a little less then 15 tall and about 10 1/2 wide and 5 3/4 deep. It has a super look with the carvings and decorations much like the large gingerbread clocks. The face shows some wear which is typical for over a 100 year old clock. Love this piece and I am sure you will to. Very versatile due to its rich looks and smaller size, You could put it anywhere and it would look great!!
