Antique 1890s *New Juno* Art Nouveau Kerosene Lamp Egyptian Revival Biblical Scene Kero Lamp / Pink Shade This is a beautiful antique kerosene lamp and as far as I can tell all the parts are original. Counting the chimney it is 20 1/2" high and around the sides are painted Biblical or Egyptian scenes including one with a camel. Around the floral design on the brass tank it reads New Juno, Made in U.S.A. The height adjusting knob reads *Pat May 21, 1895* and the filler cap is marked *Made in United States of America*. Also, around the burner it is marked *Pat June 13, 1893*. The burner and tank are in excellent condition with a nice old brass patina. T is no wick but I am sure one of the modern ones would fit it. The top of the glass base is rough with lots of tiny chips but the insert covers them and you do not see them when the lamp is together. The top edge of the pink shade has a chip and a flake that can be seen in the photos. Also, the chip has a small tight crack that extends down about 2" but it is almost impossible to see the crack without the proper lighting.
