Up for bids we have an 1895 patent Goodell Pratt Co. # 655 open gear hand drill. This drill measures 11 3/4 inches long & has an ultra smooth turning action. The handle unscrews for storage , a NICE feature. Most of the paint is still t & Overall I would consider it to be in fine condition . NYS residents are responsible for 8% sales tax . I accept Personal Checks, Money orders, and Pay pal. I usual ship a day or two after I deposit a check or m/o. I do reserve the right to wait the 10 business days for a personal check, bank check, or money order to officially clear. Paypal items will be shipped with in three business days after payment is received - Sat. & Sun. are not business days. I ship via US Post Office. I charge what the Post Office charges plus delivery confirmation, signature confirmation plus a very nominal handling fee of 1.00 to cover shipping material . Delivery or signature confirmation is not required if insurance is purchased. All items with be shipped with care , glass & fragile items will be double boxed . If you look at the auction page , it will show an automated shipping price. If it is ridiculously high for some reason , please let me know & I will adjust it. Insurance is up to you. The USPS does a pretty good job, but stuff does get lost or damaged once in a while. T is no way I can be responsible for it once it is in the mail. Overseas buyers note : We do not under value items on the customs form....all items are declared at full value !
