Item: - 18ct Gold 5 Stone Synthetic Ruby & Diamond Ring - Birmingham 1912 Description: - A superb antique 18ct yellow gold synthetic ruby & diamond ring. The gold ring for sale is stamped 18 to denote 18 carat, the anchor hallmark to signify the Birmingham Assay Office. The shank is broad at the front, and narrow at the back, with a lovely shine to it. Assay: - .750 Gold (18ct) Date: - 1912 (Date Letter 'n') Period: - Early 20th Century Engraving: - None Measurement: - The ring is in a D Shaped band. Ring UK Size Q 1/2 / US size 8 1/4 Weight: - 2.80 grams / 0.090 troy ounces Condition: - The ring is in good used antique condition. There is some surface scratches to the shank commensurate with age. The ruby stones display abrasion when viewed through magnification. Please see photos for confirmation of condition.
