Antique American Scale, Micrometer Measuring Scale. This "antique scale" was made by the Dodge Manufacturing Company at 11th Avenue and 20th Street, Yonkers New York City. The scale is made from brass, cast iron, steel and marble. It dates back to 1903. This wonderful antique scale measures 22 inches long, 8 inches deep and 13 inches high. It is broken in one place which is shown in the 3rd picture. The part missing is an arm that holds a round 13 and 1/4 inch brass tray. The tray is also missing. It would be a great decorative addition to any store or collection. M/O and Pay Pal ship within two business days, checks only take a couple days and not the usual 10 days to clear so checks are just fine by me as well. Shipping will be calculated based on the buyers location. Due to the size of a good quality shipping box that will be needed I'll have to take it to be packed at the UPS Store, that charge is around $44.95 depending upon the size of box needed. What I'll do is take it to have it packed and then have them run the pricing for shipping. I do not add anything to the packing or shipping prices so whatever it costs is what you will pay, I'll even send you a picture of the receipt to prove it. PLEASE don't send any money until I give you a total for everything. The insurance will also be included in the price of shipping, I had to enter on the auction that insurance is not offered only because I don't know what dollar amount to insert. So don't be thrown off by that when you read the auction. International shipping is available but you MUST pay whatever the cost are for me to have a tracking number, I will NOT ship it any other way----PERIOD!!! If you don't want to spend that much then please don't bid. International shipping will have to be priced at the conclusion of the auction. Please ask questions before bidding but any question with less than 6 hours to go may not get answered in time.
