DETAILED DESCRIPTION:For sale is this antique bread maker. Front of maker reads:No. 4UNIVERALBREAD MAKERAWARDED GOLD MEDALST. LOUIS EXPOSITION1904MADE BY LANDERS, FRAY & CLARKNEW BRITIAN CONN. U.S.AIt is made from steel, which appears to be galvanized, and in good working condition. It comes with original clamp. 'Bucket' shaped part measures about 11.5 inches across at top and stands 10 inches tall. I calculate the capacity of the bucket shaped part at around 10 quarts if completely filled with a liquid, I'm sure you wouldn't fill it like that for making bread.Maker is in good working condition, it has no significant dents or rust, plating is a bit dull from age.Sorry about shipping costs.
