Antique 1907 Wood & Coal Cook Stove Oven / Steamer Attachment Accessory. This must be rare, as it is the first complete one I have found in 30 years. This accessory sits on top of a wood / coal cooking stove and can be used to bake or steam foods. There are two removable trays that can be positioned on any of the four interior shelf guides. The bottom is made of copper. The body is made of tin. Both doors have twist-lock door latches. Two wood handles are at the top. The top also has a vent with an adjustable flu. The metal around the removable vent has cracks. Approx. 22" tall x 12" x 12". Both doors are embossed with the patent dates that look like 1907. The exterior has a very decorative folk art paint design (repainted - not original). The interior has been repainted black. If you are interested buy it fast, as this item will not hang around long.
