ANTIQUE 1916 COCA-COLA ELAINE GENUINE CHANGE TIP TRAY

This is an original genuine "Elaine" Coca-Cola Tip Tray from 1916. The tray measures 4-3/8 x 6-1/8" and is marked on the front, "Drink Coca-Cola" on top and bottom border area. In tiny letters along the right bottom side the tray is marked, "The Coca Cola Co. Passaic Metal Ware Co. Passaic, N. J.". The colors in the lithograph are bright. Elaine is framed in a rim border with metallic gold decoration. THIS TRAY IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION with only some small chips on the very rim of the tray and some very minor light scuffing. Please, see photos. The finish is nice and shiny. I have tried to photograph every inch of the tray in a closeup view. T are no dents and I can see minimum crazing which is expected with its age. The back of the tray is olive green and in excellent condition. Please, refer to photo. The elderly lady that owns this tray said it is at least 78 years old and that her mother gave it to her. They came from "Avis' Drugstore" and, if I am reading my notes correctly, in Garrionburg, VA. I will be listing other wonderful trays in her mother's collection. Email me with any questions.
