A WWI British Regimental drum, the Queen's Royal Regiment, dated 1916 with Besson's maker's mark stemped on the brass and also marked again by Henry Potter along the side, I'm assuming one is the drum maker, the other is the painter/ decorator, some superficial wear, drum heads with a few stains, see pics, oxidization to brass, a few chips here and there, overall very nice condition for a drum nearly 100 years old that has seen use. A very interesting piece. NOTE ON SHIPPING: I will gladly ship this to anywhere in the US, UK or Australia very well packed in a strong heavy gauge box with padding Fedex ground in the states and if international by Fedex international, in either case at actual cost to make it as economical as possible.
