Greetings from Massachusetts Antiques!For your consideration:2 RARE ANTIQUE 1920 USA PASSPORTS w/ ORIGINAL ENVELOPE GEORGE & CONSTANCE WILCOX, KEY WEST, FLORIDAPassports from the prominent Wilcox family of Connecticut. One belonging to Yale Grad and businessman, George Wilcox and wife and the other belonging to their daughter, accomplished author and Princess, Constance Grennelle Wilcox (see bio below).Passports both in Excellent overall condition; wonderfully preserved with only light hints of wear and boarder toning. Envelope shows heavy wear but rare in itself. Comes with foreign baggage check ticket for a ship which was with the passports in the envelope. Each passport is double sided and includes an original photograph, handwritten information, signatures and the state seal of Florida! The envelope is a thick paper and boasts the return address of: 'United States District Court, Edwin R. Williams, Clerk, Tampa, Florida'.George Wilcox was a very wealthy and prominent business and real estate man from Madison, Connecticut who owned several businesses and properties across the United States!George A. Wilcox . . . graduated from the Class of 1852 at Yale. He practiced law in Georgia for 2 years and then in Detroit, Michigan for the rest of his career.
