This German Heinrich E. Heberlein Jr. violin Dated 1924 has been in my family since new, it was used by my grandfather when he was a student, it has been handed down to me, however I cannot play the violin, nor do I see myself as a professional violinist at anytime in my future, nor do I have any children.....so, instead of just having it in a closet for years, It would be far more pleasing to me to pass it on to a professional/collector who will appreciate it (and hopefully play it) for years to come. That being said, this beautiful violin has just had a $750 restoration done by a professional Luthier and anything that needed attention has been taken care of. The Luthier appraised it at $3000 as it is now and it is ready to be played immediately (other than a fine tuning of course) I have what I feel is a more than fair BIN for this piece, you can also make an offer. I have taken quite a few pictures, so please refer to them for the best description, also I have a video of the Violin being played by the Luthier (who also is a pro Violinist) so you can hear the actual violin being played by a professional, it truly sounds fantastic, I can send the video to you via email, just ask.... Marking on label inside reads: Heinrich E. Heberlein jr. Markneukirchen 1924 Copie: Antonius Stradiuarius Made in Germany I will include the receipt
