Hello! This auction is for an antique 1940 book entitled, 'Surgical Nursing' byE.L. Eliason, A.B. M.D., Sc.D., F.A.C.S, L. Kraeer Ferguson A.B., M.D., F.A.C.S, and Evelyn M. Farrand, R.N., B.S., published by J.B. Lippincott Company with 245 illustrations and many photos. This is a sixth edition. T are a couple of fold outs as well. Wow....I can't even imagine being a surgical nurse or a surgical doctor. This is an interesting book and as I thumbed through it, I learned alot of things I didn't want to know...or even think about but am glad t are people out t who are interested in surgery for the sake of all who have had surgery! This is a red cloth cover hard bound book. Binding is in good shape and the spine is a bit faded. T is a fade spot, very small, on the front of the book at well...smaller than a round pencil eraser. T are handwritten notes and underlines through out this book. On the front first page, t is a scissor cut of about 1/2" by 3". My mom told me that back in the day, they would cut a corner out of the front page to give someone their phone number so I assume that is why it is like that. We ship to the United States .
