1950s Baby Stroller by Taylor Tot

This Taylor Tot stroller is in the desirable red color. It has never been restored. All parts are still original. The picture shows the relatively good condition of the original rubber bumpers. The springs are original. The baby's handle does not have the screw in it that attaches it to the the stroller. The handle folds flat. Years ago this stroller made a great display in our store for showing off our antique dolls.

We have listed the shipping as $24.50. That amount is based on what we figured would be the maximum shipping cost from NC to WA. If the shipping cost is less, we will charge only the actual amount to ship UPS with no additional handling or other bogus charges.

We are extremely cautious in the way we pack to assure your item arrives to you in the same condition that it left us. But we would suggest you purchase insurance on this item. Since the condition of items such as this are very hard to describe, we have tried to add pictures that will fairly portray the condition of the stroller. If you have any questions, please contact us. We will refund your purchase price if you are not happy with the item when it arrives, but we are not responsible for the cost of shipping.

During the 1980's and 1990's we owned different Collectible stores specializing in vintage and then current Licensed Character Collectibles. Our vintage items, of course, came from a variety of sources. Collectible items that were still in production during those years were purchased directly from the manufacturers. At the time we closed our store, we had accounts with over 300 companies from which we purchase licensed merchandise. In the year 2000 we opened an ice cream parlor in a tourist town, which became so time consuming it compelled us to "temporarily" close our other businesses and put our collectible merchandise into storage. That "temporary" closure turned into 9 years. Now that we have sold our ice cream business, we are beginning to liquidate those collectibles which we have not seen in almost a decade.

Most of the items we will be listing were purchase directly from the manufacturers who licensed and produced them. They are in new condition, though they may be from other decades. Because our customer base included serious collectors, we were always cognizant of not only the quality of our merchandise, but of retaining to the best of our ability the condition of the packaging.

Our vintage items will also be listed as we come across them. We will attempt to describe and/or picture any flaws we notice. Additional pictures may be available upon request.
