Antique Oak Pedestal Writing/ Computer Desk.A very well made, mid 19th century antique oak writing/computer desk with a later tooled leatherette work surface.In very original and clean condition.Stamped by the maker, 'W.G.Greenway. Birmingham and complete with a key.This useful antique pedestal desk has plenty of storage with nine pine lined graduating drawers, all complete with the period handles.The antique oak desk is panelled and finished on the back, so it could be placed in the room, not just against a wall.A nice additional feature is a secret compartment at the back.In a lovely pale oak finish.English.
