We are listing for your consideration a lovely Antique late 19th century Original Native American Indian Multicolor Trade Beads Sash or Belt. This sash is in Excellent Original Condition with a few very slight tears at the edge and some slight bead loss. You can refer to the pictures, we guarantee 100% you will be more than happy with the excellent condition of this piece. The piece is definitely fragile due to age, it is 100% secure. The sash measures 21 1/4" long x 1 5/8" wide and weighs approximately 2.2oz. Wonderful colors throughout of green, pink, yellow, blue, baby blue, 2 reds, clear, gold, & black. The black beads are unique in that they are rough cut, all the other beads are smoother. We believe the sash is Sioux Plains and dates from the mid to late 1800's, but we are by no means experts. The beadwork all looks loom constructed and we estimate there are a total of over 9000 individual beads. A great unique Native American Indian Trade Bead Beaded Sash, it would make a great addition to anyone's collection or home. If you have any questions please email.
