Up for auction is a great painted pantry box in old red paint. Found this in Brimfield Ma. in Sept of 2012. The box is constructed with tiny "t" head square nails. Nice and solid, nothing loose or coming apart. Very nice age to the pantry box. The paint I figure was added quite a few years ago (50 or 60) It was not put on after construction back in the 19th century, but was added later??? There is some dryness to the paint, some nice wear on the sides, top and bottom from usage. There are no splits in the lid or the bottom. NO breaks in the seams or heavy gouges anywhere. Just a few minor nicks and scratches overall. The inside is clean. Great size and will look great in your collection.Dimensions are 8 1/2" wide and 4" tall.I ship to the US only!!! Payment is Pay Pal only, per ebay's new rules. If Pay Pal is not possible, e-mail me prior to bidding for options. My handling charges include insurance and delivery confirmation only.
