On the bottom of this antique hand blown vase is a polished pontil and some hand written numbers and letters that at first I thought might be Russian, but the nine hand painted Eagles have only one head, not two like the Russian Eagle, so I am not really sure w this 19th century vase was originally made. I can tell you the quality is exceptional and I compared details on the thickly painted Eagles to each other and they are each hand painted. This vase is in perfect condition, with no repairs, and measures 13 7/8" tall by 5 3/8" in diameter at the top. Do you know who made this antique Art Glass Vase?
