FOLK ART LOVE TOKEN

This is one of the most unusual and special items that I've come across. I just fell in love with it instantly! And no wonder, as it is a "Love Token"!
The hand is made from cut paper and is holding a pink fabric heart that has been intricately interwoven into the paper. It has all sorts of loving sentiments written on the front and the back, so has been framed so that you can read both sides. The hand measures approximately 2 3/4"H x 1 3/4"W and the frame is 5 1/2"H x 5 1/4"W.
The front of the hand has the following messages written in ink:
"Margaret Chamberlaine to one that is dear to me"
"god bless you my Dear"
"I love you"
The back of the hand has the following messages written in ink:
"Dear Lole Remember Me"
"Hear is my heart and your hand rite in one"
"the grasp of love"
"this is a token of love"
