I feel very privileged to offer this heirloom QUALITY pair of large antique Royal Dux fine porcelain peasant farmer figurals.This excellent decorative pair were purchased from a prominent auction house in Maryland. "Early Period" Royal Dux/Bohemian pieces are noted for the highest level of quality as well as collectibility;"this pair are of NO exception"! If you are a lover of early 20th century Czech/Bohemian porcelain and glass as I am;...pieces like these make my heart race!The artist has created an incredible depiction of a period Czech/Bohemian young peasant farmers;both a male and female,(see pictures).This superbly detailed pair stand LARGE at over twenty and one half inches tall ,yet are detailed to perfection.Feel free to supersize the photos.The paint is excellent,with no damages that I can find.They display great,and have been enjoyed for years in my Victorian decorated home!They are signed with the triangle" product symbol,Royal Dux made in Czechoslavakia,2416,54,on the female,and 1445,57 on the male,(see picture 12).This quality pair are in excellent condition,with no excuses!Just an absolutely superior decorative pair,and will be a great addition to your Royal Dux/Czech-Bohemian collection/fine decor.Please see my other auctions for more nice antiques and collectibles.This is a NO reserve auction,so please bid away!Buyer is to pay in money order/cashier's check form within 10 days of close of this auction.
