VICTORIAN 21" TALL YELLOW EPERGNE What a beauty. 21" tall. 10 1/2" diameter base. Very good condition. No chips or cracks. This is a magnificent piece The color is beautiful. Epergnes were created in Victorian times as table centerpieces consisting of a frame or bowl with extended arms or fluted bases suitable for flowers or fruits of sweetmeats and dryfruits. This epergne has 3 flutes 1 centre large flute (4flutes) 3 spiral arms and 3 baskets ,1 base total of 11 glass pieces. this is a awesome piece CONDITION REPORT:NO CHIPS OR CRACKS. As the photos show, this Epergne's flutes, Spiral Arms,baskets and bowl are of glass; the CLEAR vines climbing the flutes are also glass. This piece stands approximately 21 inches tall 10-1/2 inches in diameter Piece is in excellent condition, no visible chips, cracks or scratches Could be used as a centerpiece or displayed as art piece
