ANTIQUE 1/4 OAK CORNER CUPBOARD CABINET BUILT IN MUST C Offering an antique built in corner cupboard that was salvaged from a demolished philadelphia home. This is an amazing piece. It is made of 1/4 sawn oak with its original unpainted finish. The base has 2 raised panel doors and the middle has an open area backed with 3 mirrored panels, one mirror missing. The upper section has 2 doors with glass. The top has a crown moulding trimmed in egg and dart with a carved accent in the middle of the breast. The upper doors are framed by pilasters topped with carved capitals and to the sides of the open area are more carvings. The sides of the piece are curved, the upper sections have curved glass panels and the lower has a curved 1/4 sawn oak panel. In addition to what you see in the pics t are 2 more shelves. It took 2 people about 15 minutes to assemble as shown in the pics, to reinstall would probably take a few hours. The piece could be made into a flat cabinet along a wall, the shelves would need to be trimmed and the mirrors would need to be reconfigured but it does not need to go into a corner. T are nail holes, a couple chips, some scrapes dings etc and the hinges will need to be replaced. Overall condition is very good for a 125 year old piece. Measurements are 93 1/2 inches tall (for scale i stand 6'4"), 62 1/2 tall and depth
