Up for bids, this skillfully crafted, intricate 5-layer, antique "Tramp Art" frame. What a beauty! Excellent condition with no cracks or repairs and no missing pieces! A few tiny nicks on the tips of some of the points of wood, but none that detract from the beauty of this piece. Frame is made of either walnut or mahogany, with the color most accurate in the first photo. Frame measures approximately 7" X 10" with interior opening (for photo) measuring 3-3/4" X 6". Note: I have included a photo of the back of the frame and wanted to mention that the backing appears to be original, ripped a little, but I believe never taken apart. Nice old Victorian photo. One of a kind - with lovely features! A terrific example of this early craft/art form. Take a look at the photos and email me with any questions.
