fabulous antique hastings or better quartersawn oak round table with huge fluted split pedestal.it has three leaves. t is also a fluted support leg inside the pedestal. i didn't get a picture of it but will be glad to send one should anyone like to see it. it is a gorgeous fluted leg with a bulbous end and fluted all the way down best i remember. this table has the hastings skirt, contoured that is quartersawn heavily, has the massive claw feet which are better than 7 inches across with abundant acanthus carving at the top of the leg w it joins the pedestal. the table 54 inches in diameter with 3- 9 inch leaves. it is in near mint condition with no issues to report. the spread on the feet is 42 inches, huge pedestal. a very fine table. it stands 30 inches tall. it has recessed caster on the four large claw feet and the center fluted leg also has a castor. i have someone in my home town that is interested in this table and should they buy it, i will end the listing. i have looked up several hastings tables that are for sale on the internet, not ebay. they are priced from 2500 to 6000. i have not seen one as nice as this one. the lower priced tables aren't much and are probably not hastings but could be, they made some low end items. i believe this to be the nicest hastings type table i have seen. it can be picked up at my home or
