The clasp is set with 10 OLD MINE CUT DIAMONDS of J/SI quality that weigh approx. .70 ctw., along with 1 NATURAL MALACHITE. The clasp measures 1" long by 1/2" at the widest point. T are 85 SALTWATER CULTURED WHITE PEARLS. The 43 larger pearls measure 6.52 - 9.75 mm and the smaller 42 pearls measure 2.5 - 3.0 mm. The pearls are white with a beautiful pink overtone. They are of VERY FINE QUALITY - BLEMISH-FREE and they are very well matched. The necklace is MATINEE LENGTH measuring 20" and the total weight is 33.5 grams. THIS IS A FABULOUS PEARL NECKLACE......WITH A RARE CLASP & DESIGN....FINE QUALITY! Note - Antique pearls were cultured for a longer time than the modern pearls of today. Tfore, they have thicker nacre and are of higher quality. Pearls are the most difficult thing to photograph to show their true quality and color, but all of my past customers have been more than pleased with the pearls they received. Any dark spots that you see in the diamonds or metal are just reflections of the black camera.

*A NOTE ABOUT OUR PHOTOGRAPHY - Taking pictures of diamonds to be displayed on a computer screen can be difficult, often resulting in the diamonds looking dark (especially rose cut diamonds) when in reality they are not. If you are looking at any of our pictures and feel that the diamonds look dark, please refer to the description of the item that states the accurate color and clarity of the stones.

Also, jewelry and/or diamond grading is done under 10X magnification. When you super size our photos you will see the item in 100X magnification. Please be aware that you may see things that cannot be seen with your eyes or a jeweler's loupe. Sometimes these images can make the item look distorted or appear to have problems when in reality it is fine. I list only high quality pieces and avoid those with problems or in need of repair.
