We are delighted to offer you this excellent old ethnic, hand crafted, silver and genuine Mediterranean coral bracelet, from the early 1900s! I would guess that it is Persian, crafted in that general part of the world. It is made of 800 fine silver, and features 2 kinds of 'panels'... a double sided fancy coral set thick oval link, which has the same design on both sides, and a flat rectangular silver 'panel', with rounded edges- which is also the same on both sides! T are 3 of each kind, joined by long doubled over silver links. The ones with the coral, have a blacked inner background, which contrasts nicely with the rich hue of the coral stones, which are set in high sawtooth bezels. No damage to note, other than normal scuffs and such, as well as a rich, dark patina which we have left alone. The bracelet measures7 7/8" long, and a tad over 1/4" in width at the widest parts. The coral panels are 1/4" thick and have fine silver beading around the edges. A shepherd's hook is the means of closure. The bracelet weighs 10.4 grams, and is marked '800' on the clasp. A unique, delightful old treasure, suitable for Sir and Madame, as well as the undecided! Thank you for your interest! :)
