Antique Alvin Silver Overlay Perfume Bottle An antique silver overlay perfume bottle made by the Alvin Manufacturing Co. of Providence, RI. Marked towards the bottom the overlay is 999/1000 silver. The mark is a bit faint but it is Alvin. Including the stopper the bottle measures 4" tall. The silver overlay is in excellent condition with an engraved monogram. The bottle itself has several cracks, especially around the inside of the lip. The stopper has a small chip at the bottom. Overall, a decorative piece. Good Luck!
