A study of Anglo-American pottery in the truest sense, for most of this ware was actually made in England. The coverage is roughly chronological, and there are also chapters on Chinese Export, American potters, Washington-related designs and anti-slavery china. DESCRIPTION: Hardcover. 7"x10", 215 pages, 32 color plates and 259 black & white illustrations, dust jacket. CONDITION NOTES: The dust jacket has a portion of the rear panel missing, and several other chips and some wear.
