Estate PD c1905 Turn Teplitz Amphora Austria high relief applied naturalistic ivy high shoulder handled vase. Turn of the century Paul Dachsel after he went out on his own in the Art Nouveau - Jugensdtil era and mind-set of ceramic history. LOVELY vase, awesome presence and form. Gold gilt rim and trailer handle, some wear to the biggest ring on handle, rest of vase appears mint condition. From a wealthy northeastern Ohio estate. Been sitting in back of cupboard for YEARS. GORGEOUS~! Museum quality. Measures 6"h x 4"at shoulder x 2" at base and 1-3/8" at mouth. AWESOME piece~~ Please email with any questions or concerns. Items sold 'as is' for estate purposes, but you too will be pleased with my quality items + customer care. Thank you! Please also visit me at: /K-R-AROUND-THE-CORNER-ANTIQUES and /shops/myclassycottage . More great stuff~~ .............................................................................................................................. I SHIP ON MONDAYS, ergo five business days , or so. : ) Please allow that sellers on eBay are people too. And if that's a stretch, know that catalog/online merchants DO NOT ship within a few short days unless paid BIG $$ and their handling charges are usually MULTIPLES of most of the good sellers on eBay. I do charge a nominal handling fee because it takes time + materials + gas to get these wonderful items to you safely. Please keep these things in mind when buying online. Now go out t (or stay and have some fun!!!! With all the interest in this piece, I went back over it with a magnifying glass. The last picture shows a knick in the glaze just below the lip of the vase at the highest point of the shoulder. The applied leaves are so thick, this little fleabite is in the brown leaf so shows a TINY bit in front. I just wanted to be perfectly honest. This glaze knick is 2mm long x 1mm wide. You can see a flash of it (the inner clay) in picture 10. This is macro. Still excellent display, only for accuracy's sake. Sorry not divulged originally, not intentionally left out.
