If you collect Santos figures, then you know the Animal Sola (souls of purgatory) are the most desired and hardest to find. This piece is museum quality in perfect condition. He is incredible. He was purchased from Colonial arts and was part of the owners private collection. He measures about 8.5 inches. He has glass eyes and polychrome paint. Definitely 19th century mexico. I have been collecting Santos for a very long time and this piece is exceptional. Easy 2500-3000 at a gallery. DO not miss this opportunity for your collection. I assure the new owner will be very pleased with the piece. I can send more images upon request. I can not start the reserve at a lower price this piece is worth every penny, and is near impossible to find. They are sold the minute they hit galleries.
