ANTIQUE ARCADE MANUFACTURING MFG. COMPANY CRYSTAL NUMBER 3 WALL MOUNTED COFFEE GRINDER> ~ WONDERFUL CONDITION ~ ~ NO RESERVE ~ Welcome to the month of April, and the 2007 spring season. Being offered for your consideration, with NO RESERVE , is this wonderful Antique Arcade Manufacturing Company Crystal Number 3 Wall Mounted Coffee Grinder. Manufactured by the Arcade Manufacturing Company of Freeport, Illinois, this all original mill features a clear glass hopper embossed with Crystal No. 3 written in cursive script. The hopper carries the original lid which is also embossed with the word Arcade in cursive script writing. The hopper is attached to the cast iron mill; the mill is operated by a twist crank with the original wooden handle. The cast iron mill is embossed with the words "Arcade" and "Crystal"; the surface of the cast iron is decorated with an overall embossed Victorian design. The original catch jar bracket mounts below the hopper. The hopper, lid, and mill measure 12 5/8" in total height; the catch jar bracket measures 7 ½" in total height; the catch jar base platform measures 2 5/8" in diameter. This wall mounted coffee grinder is in wonderful condition for its antique age and is free of any damage. The cast iron carries the original black paint; the jar is free of any chips, cracks, or flea bites, and carries the original tin lid. The grinder has come from a smoke free estate collection and is odor free. ~ PLEASE NOTE ~ that any white areas appearing in the photographs are the result of flash photography, and do not exist on the actual object. ~ SHIPPING COSTS ~ All auction items will be boxed and packaged appropriately with tissue paper, bubble wrap, and Styrofoam peanuts. The hopper will be separated from the cast iron mill to insure against breakage during shipping. Postage and insurance costs for U.S. Priority Mail Shipping and Insurance within the continental U.S. will be $ 20.00 .
