very nice antique marble barber shop back bar. it came out of the koken- koller barber shop on washington street in st. louis,mo. many years ago and has been in storage in an elderly mans basement. it is 9.5 wide and 90 inches tall. the cabinets are 1 ft by 1 ft by 22 inches. t are three of them. one has a broken pane of glass that can be easily replaced. it has two original light fixtures, not for sure about the shades but were with it when i got it out of the basement. it has a 6 inch tall red marble base board. has two mirros that are original and are over 1/4 inch thick. more like 3/8 inch. they are heavy and are 3ft by 4 feet approximatley. it has an etched in the marble design which is painted that is very nice. the cabinets have some etching in the glass somewhat like a square clover design. the whole thing is in pieces that can be handled fairly easily. the largest marble pieces which are heavy are were the sinks used to be attached. the sinks were discarded but i do have one marble sink that would work for one side, should someone choose to put the sinks back in the back bar, i would give it to the winner if they want it. the marble mounts with screws to a two piece wooden frame that attaches to the wall. actually it is easy to take apart and put back together. the pictures are not good, so i doubt that you can appreciate what a nice back bar this is. it aslo has a marble shelf that runs between the cabinets. ask for more photos and ask questions should you have any. thanks for looking. good luck btw, you may pick it up, have it shipped or i will arrange the shipping for you
