An all metal Desk Lamp, UNMARKED, has all the "speed" lines in the base, shade, very Art Deco, with at the base an INK WELL to set a bottle of ink into, this ink well is 2+1/4" long x 1+1/2" wide. Has the electical cord you plug into an outlet, to turn on or off you use the short metal pull-chain, inside the shade. This weighs 4 POUNDS. The patina to the metal shade and base are the same, has not been polished or cleaned, etc., an EXCELLENT old patina to the metal,all the SAME color, an dark brown color. That is our camera FLASH that went off highlighting the speed stripes on the front of Shade, it is the ONLY piece of metal that is a different color then the rest of the Lamp, it is NOT that shiny, that was the Flash making it appear that way, not a shiny silver color, this also has a great aged patina. This lamp is just under 14" tall....shade is 8+1/2" long x 4" deep and 3+1/4" tall. Base is 7+1/2" long, 5" at it's widest, the back of base. The black-colored Electrical Cord is in EXCELLENT condition, has the name APEK on the plug-in part. We do NOT know if this electrical cord and plug are original, but appears to be, we only question it due to it's EXCELLENT condition, very subtle, with no stiffness or cracking to the cord.
