Antique Art Deco smoking stand w Mico electric lighter

This is a really interesting and ornate antique Art Deco smoking stand with a humidor compartment for cigarettes, two art glass smokeless ashtrays (one is missing the hinged cover) and a Mico electric cigar/cigarette lighter! The lower part is lighted and turns on with a rotary switch in the base. The Mico electric lighter is designed with a heating element that is turned on when the button on top is pressed. The lighter is completely intact and the button works freely but the lighter does not heat up. I suspect that its workings are very simple and it may be as simple as replacing the cord to make it work. The stand includes three art glass compartments, two of which are ashtrays and the third is a covered box or humidor for cigarettes. One of the ashtrays has been broken (the glass part) and repaired (see the photos), and its lid is missing the hinged plate that makes it smokeless (I'm searching for the lid piece and will include it if found-the lid is not broken, merely missing and if found will fit in place and function fine). The other ashtray and the cigarette box are complete and undamaged. This is a really nice piece and the winning bidder will be very happy to add this unique piece to their collection.
