ANTIQUE ART NOUVEAU SIGNED BRONZE FAIRY SCULPTURE

An antique, signed, solid bronze sculpture on a polished stone base, in the form of a wood nymph or winged fairy holding a flower in her hand. This sculpture is 14" in total height, including the stone base, which is 3 1/8" square at the bottom. The bronze sculpture itself is 10 7/8" in height and is signed in the bronze on the base, with what looks like "P. Koiualgeruski", though I'm not sure I've read it right. This piece has a warm brown and blackish brown patina on it and weighs in total 4 pounds, 5 ounces. The condition is very good, with no problems on the bronze figurine iteself, though t are at least one chip per side on the top edge of the bottom platform of the base. The casting is quite detailed with the fairy's finger and toe nails well defined.
