This is a fine quality Moe Bridges lamp impressed in the metal on the underside of the base "Moe Bridges Milwaukee". The lamp is 13 1/2" high and the shade is 7 1/2" in diameter. The blue exterior of the shade takes on various hues of blue depending on the location and whether the lamp is on or off - the 5th photo was taken inside with the bulb off. Each of the photos accurately captures the different shades of blue and the raised design of the shade. The entire lamp is in near mint condition - I can find no defects or flaws. The 5 1/4" high shade is in perfect proportion to the base and the original cloth wiring has been replaced with new/old cloth wiring. I polished the brass socket to read the name. It is P & S and reads 250V 250W and has the old ceramic interior. To be sold without Reserve. Most of the Moe-Bridges lamps were produced in the 1920's. The Company was sold in 1934.
