Greetings, Item up for bid is a pair of Antique August Buermann Indian Head Cowboy Spurs They seem to be all original and are uncleaned and unrestored. We found them recently in a 150+ year old barn on our family property along side an antique military saddle. I am not an antique spur expert but my research tells me that these have all the original components and are a matching pair. I have made no attempt to clean or restore the spurs as I have no business doing so. They are as they were found, dirty, dingy, dusty and rusty. The chains and wheels move freely and there does not seem to be any real bad pitting and should clean up nice. I encourage you to do your own research and ask questions as I am no expert, but am confident that these are August Buermann made and are original based on my own research.
