This is the abbreviation for OESTERREICHISCHES PATENT (=AUSTRIAN PATENT) Marked "FOREIGN LETTER" on the front Weight is ounces 1/2 to 8 No breaks or repairs! Slight bends and brass loss from normal use Very nice, solid condition!! Scale measures 6 & 1/2" high x 4" across base A MUST FOR THE COLLECTION!! Displays nicely Check our feedback!
