ANTIQUE 4-Way RR SWITCH Signal Lantern Antique AUTHENTIC Dressel Railroad Switch Lantern. Working Kerosene switch Lantern used in freight and switch yards to direct steam locomotives during nighttime operations. An awesome addition to that Railroad memorabelia collection. In excellent condition! This is a Dressel Arlington Switch Lantern. This lamp was manufactured in the Dressel Facility in Arlington New Jersey .Definitely a railroad switch lantern. It was designed to place on top of a track switch and the signal light colors indicated either an open or a closed switch. This lamp to my best guess would have been manufactured between the 1950's - 1960's. The lamp is in good and working condition, complete with the Kerosene Font, Wick, and all lenses. One lens is slightly cracked. It would be hard to find one in a better state of preservation. Heavy quality lantern! Weighs 32lbs!Will ship with insurance! All sales are final so please look carefully at the pictures or email me for more at . Ask Questions! I aim to please!
