An excellent sketch book dating from 1882...84 containing some finely detailed original sketches based on the Alice in Wonderland illustrations by John Tenniel.Most sketches are signed F.M and the date 82,84 etc.There are some other lesser sketches including two nicely drawn portraits of a Victorian gentleman.Book measures 5 x 3.75 inches.
