Here is a rare original bakelite AE35 monophone made by Automatic Electric telephone. There are no cracks or chips in this beautiful phone which was produced in the 1930s.The AE35 is a very rare and hard to find telephone. Very few of these were made.It looks similar to the AE50 which is a much more common art deco wall telephone.The AE35 has no side vents on its casing like the AE50 has It also features the heavy stylish heavy bakelite AE38 handset with the spitcup mouthpiece. The internals of this working phone ae much different also. The ringer is at the bottom unlike in the AE50 where the ringer is at the top. This is called the Jukebox telephone by many because it looks like an old jukebox.Sold as found and as is.
