is one of two table lamps we currently have listed. They are electric and in good working order. They may have been converted from oil lamps or kerosene at some point in their lives. Wonderful acorn detail in the base. Measures about 23" high assembled. Some small edge flecks on the visible edge of the shade, and some scuff marks on shade and base. T is no indication of a maker on it anyw we can find. Please read all below carefully before bidding - once you place a bid you are acknowledging that you have done so . We hope this will be a pleasant transaction for both the bidders and our consignors and we want do whatever we can to ensure that both parties are pleased - we will answer questions, provide shipping quotes, pack well and ship promptly. Keep in mind that these items are not ours, so our auctions need to be handled with more guidelines than some sellers require. We not only are responsible to you as a bidder but to the consignor to make sure every auction is completed successfully. If something is not clear, don't guess or assume, please ask. If we are not familiar with an item we may not know something is missing, or if it is "right". We can not be responsible for restoration or incomplete items that we are unaware of. If we have described something incorrectly or missed something important please let us know so we can fix the listing or add a note - we welcome experts information. Photos are part of the description along with the written information. Questions asked too close to auction end may not allow enough time to answer. SHIPPING : Need a shipping quote just ask, we are more than happy to provide one - but give us enough time to do so. We use the US Post office or UPS for larger items, or freight options for furniture. With the new postage rates box dimensions are required on larger items to get a quote which means estimates are estimates as we are unable to determine exact weight or size until packing is complete. Delivery confirmation and insurance is required on all USA purchases, and insurance is required on all international purchases. Because insurance is required we can not use the less expensive uninsured shipping options for international shipping. The auction sold price is the only amount that will be used on insurance or customs forms. We add $1 - $5 to most auctions for packing materials, box lots of breakable items or very fragile or large items may be more - we will mention the amount if it is over $10.00.SALES TAX will be added to purchases by all New York State Residents unless you provide a valid Resale Tax number. NY tax rates are based on w the item is delivered and applies to shipping and handling so amount is unknown until auction end. DAMAGE/RETURN POLICY : If you receive a damaged item either party can start a claim, do not throw away the box or packing materials until it is inspected. If you receive an item and it is not what we described, we will issue a refund once the item is received back and we verify that it is the same item that was sent. You must let us know if t is a problem within 3 days of receiving an item, after that we will not accept a return. Items sold as is as found are not returnable. Items are not sold on approval and if you are unsure about anything please do not bid without asking questions. Items returned must be done so with insurance and delivery confirmation. By placing a bid you are agreeing to all terms above. Again, keep in mind we have to be more cautious and detailed than other sellers because these items are consigned and not ours. Thanks!
