Here is a beautiful antique banquet lamp which has repaired damage to the rear side of the upper globe. The front of the globe has no damage. The lamp is a Success brand, made by Pittsburgh Glass and Lamp Co., in the early 1900's. These lamps are more commonly referred to as Gone With the Wind lamps. This one is missing the chimney, which was broken at the same time as the upper globe, thanks to our chihuahua puppy, and has been electrified long ago -- I would guess the 50's. The upper globe has a diameter of 10" and the total height of the lamp is 24". It has a 3 way switch which allows both top and bottom globes to light up simultaneously or separately. Even with damage to the upper globe, the lamp presents well, works well, and is a very nice item overall. Since the lamp is electrified it doesn't necessarily require a chimney, but they can be found online for around $15. Undamaged, this lamp would be worth between $400 and $600, but I have a bargain starting price of only $69.99 with no reserve. It is originally an oil lamp and could be re-converted easily as most of the original parts are still present. The damage to the rear portion of the upper globe is shown in the 3rd picture. It's not very noticeable, especially with the lamp displayed against a wall. However, the lamp is priced as if it didn't even have an upper globe
