This is a RARE FIND due to its size, age and beauty and hard to find on the secondary market and dates back in time. This was beautifully made and marked by Burgess & Leigh who has made some of the finest transferware during the time period. It has beautiful detail with gray scrolls and cobalt designs. T are gilt elegant trimmings. This plate is marked Burleigh Ware England Lurgess & Leigh Middleport Pottery Burslem Belvior Ro No 606254 Semi Porcelain. We believe this is one of Burleigh Ware's earlier marking. We are not experts in this types of collectable pieces and Please keep in mind this came from a private estate and may have minor wear and imperfections consistant with its age that can be shown in the photos for your review so please make your own determination. This is a beautiful piece that can no longer be found today and make a great addition that can be accented anyw throughout your home. This piece was VERY WELL made with quality that surpasses anything made today but please keep in mind this is an antique and has minor imperfections consistant with its age and stated and shown in the photos and overall is in excellent shape.
