Up for auction a rare Betz beer tray, John Betz Brewing Co, Phila , Pa. I am no expert on beer trays, and was told by the owner that this tray is from the end of 19 th or the early 20 th Century. The tray is 13" dia and 1-1/8 high. Considering its age, the tray does have wear, see photos. T are two scorch marks on the rim and the bottom shows normal wear for a tray this old.
