Antique bicycle klaxon horn.This one has an unusual swivel base / mounting bracket. The base has been bead blasted and is ready for repaint. The plating on the front and the plunger look like nickel. The front shows some plating loss. The horn is in good working condition and loud! The 2 screws to hold it to the handlebar are not original, and the plunger button is a little bit loose.
