Sweet little Bilston enamel patch box. Measures 1 ½” long, ¾” high and 1 ¼” at the widest (4 cm x 2 cm x 3 cm) approx. Condition - the base has damage - see photo, the mirror inside is cracked - see photo but the top which is usually the most damaged part of these patch boxes is not too bad - see photo. Good collector's piece.
